Ordering Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at ecom1697@gmail.com.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time is 5-12 working days. We ship orders from our warehouse in China to keep costs down for you as a customer and avoid unnecessary transportation and waste. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. Due to high load at postal providers, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control. If delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by e-mail: ecom1697@gmail.com. Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may be added as you as a customer are considered a private importer of the product you order.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected within the specified time and is returned to us, the purchase is considered complete.

In such cases, the order value minus EUR 15 will be refunded, which covers return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

Prices

All prices in the store are exclusive of  VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by changes in suppliers, misprints in the price list and incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received an item you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must give notice that you are canceling the purchase. The message must be sent to ecom1697@gmail.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which products the return concerns.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

You cover return shipping, delivery and the condition of the goods upon return, which is why the products should be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the item if the item is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to

Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products such as sound or image recordings where the seal has been broken.
Custom-made products that are tailor-made for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that are fully completed where you have explicitly agreed to the service being started without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and complaints We inspect all products before shipment. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, rectify the fault at no extra cost. You must always contact us for authorization before returning a defective item. The complaint must be submitted immediately after the fault is discovered.

6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?

Errors and defects must always be reported to ecom1697@gmail.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a claim if the product is not deemed to be defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability We accept no liability for indirect damages that may occur as a result of the product. We do not accept liability for delays/defects caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Nor do we accept liability for changes in products/product properties that are changed by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Cookies and personal data We use cookies in accordance with the legislation on electronic communication. By shopping at Lovi, you accept our data protection policy and processing of your personal data.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms, which will be published online. In case of disputes, we follow the decisions of the Consumer Complaints Board or similar dispute resolution body.
